There are only 4 simple ingredients, egg, Pecorino Romano, black pepper and bacon and of course spaghetti that made Carbonara Pasta famous. Originally from Rome, it is the most imitated dish in the world!
Inspired by this recipe we have also formulated a tasty vegetarian version! …

Class Time 
A "Fast class", excellent also for preparing an appetizing dinner just after returning from work!
An "Intensive class" where recipes will be prepared whose cooking and preparations need a little more time.
